We had two exciting days for the Data2Move kickoff. Around 70 participants entered into discussions on how data could help better logistics and supply chain decision making.
Our efforts are currently focused on developing the formal project charters. These documented project descriptions determine the scope of each of the research topics we want to address within Data2Move.
During the Kickoff Conference, end of September, attendees worked together to explore prime challenges and business questions. This input inspires the development of a valuable research program with five main topics, around data-driven last mile, data-driven inventor management, demand sensing and responding, supply network collaboration and automated driving.
